The Borealis Sailing Centre (the Centre) is committed to protecting the confidentiality, security, and accuracy of the personal information it collects, holds, uses, or communicates in accordance with applicable legislation.

Our practices regarding confidentiality and the protection of personal information take into account the requirements of the Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector and any other applicable law.

Personal information is defined as any information which relates to a natural person and allows, directly or indirectly, that person to be identified.
